We provide a high quality product and strive for complete customer satisfaction. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund.

In order to be eligible for a refund, the product must be returned within 30 calendar days of receiving your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it; undamaged in any way. It must include all inserts in the sleeves and in the back of the front cover and be returned in the protective bag it was shipped. The order number must accompany the return of the portfolio.

You will be responsible for paying the cost of shipping to return your portfolio.

NOTE: Ship via Media mall at USPS for lowest rate.

After we receive your item, we will inspect it and, if acceptable, process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. Credit card payments may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
